After being concentrated by evaporator, it enters the high pressure hydrogenation reactor for hydrogenation reaction. After the reaction is completed, a small amount of catalyst mixed in the maltitol solution is filtered for reuse. The impurities and ions in the maltitol solution are removed through decolorization, filtration and continuous ion exchange system, so that the maltitol solution can achieve the purpose of refining and purification.
