Maltodextrin is made from commercial starch, which is utilized as a raw ingredient. Commercial starch is dissolved in a dissolving tank. The material is placed in a slurry mixing tank once it has dissolved in water. Online detection regulates the slurry mixing process. The procedure was modified by adding the proper DS, PH, and enzyme to the starch milk. The slurry then travels to a machine for automated liquefaction. The liquefaction systems employ two-time flashing and two-time ejection. The system also keeps the temperature and time at the right levels for the best liquefaction effect. Once the desired DE value is reached, the material enters the saccharification system. After liquefaction or saccharification, the liquid maltodextrin then goes through filtering to get rid of any remaining protein and other contaminants. After filtering, the liquid maltodextrin passes through a decolorizing and filtering system to get rid of any impurities within before entering a continuous ion exchange section to get rid of any mixed-up impurity irons. This process refines and purifies the liquid maltodextrin. In order to concentrate, the maltodextrin was then sent to the evaporator. The spray dryer was then used to dry the concentrated maltodextrin. The certified maltodextrin product is produced after drying.
