Gellan Gum Project Introduction
The Gellan gum uses qualified glucose as a raw material. The qualified glucose is sent to the fermentation system to get the qualified fermentation mash. After heating the fermentation mash, the bacteria are inactivated. Then the filtration system removes the mycelium protein and insoluble particles from the fermentation mash. Then the material is sent for concentration. A certain amount of solvent is added to the concentrated fermentation mash and stirred to make it thoroughly mixed so that the fiber is precipitated completely. The product is obtained following separation and precipitation. Part of the pigment, impurities, and water is removed during subsequent washing, separation, pressing, and a dryer dries dehydration treatment and the product to produce quality gellan gum product.
