Gellan Gum Project Introduction
Fermentation: Qualified glucose enters the fermentation system, through the addition of cultivated seed, as well as the required nutrients, at a suitable temperature, maintain a certain time for the fermentation.
Filtration: After fermentation, the bacteria in the fermentation liquid is inactivated through heating, and the mycelium protein and insoluble particles in the fermentation liquid are filtered through the filter.
Concentration: the filtered fermented mash is concentrated in the evaporator to get the proper DE value.
Mixing & separation: A certain amount of solvent is added to the concentrated fermentative mash, which is fully mixed by stirring, so that the fiber is completely precipitated, and the fiber product is obtained after separation and precipitation.
Secondary washing and separation: After secondary washing and separation, the pigment and impurities in the separated Gellan gum are removed, so as to obtain the qualified Gellan gum.
Dehydration and drying: The qualified Gellan gum will be dehydrated by the squeezer and then dried by the dryer to obtain qualified Gellan gum products.
