saccharification: The saccharification tank receives the liquefied syrup. An enzyme is used to complete the process. The target DE value is attained following a specific amount of reaction time. After cooling in the flash tank, the glucose is subsequently delivered to the subsequent stage.


Filtration and evaporation: Send the glucose to the filter to get the protein and other contaminants out before concentrating it in the evaporator system. The evaporator, which will be used to add the fermentation online, concentrates the glucose with DS=30% to DS=70%. Once diluted, there is less glucose used as the fermentation base.


Fermentation: When the glucose has been continuously sterilized, add corn steeping liquid, molasses, nutritional salt, and other auxiliary ingredients before sending it to the fermentation tank. Production of L-lysine takes place in specialized fermenters under aerated conditions with regulated pH levels. To help, apply antifoaming agent, sterile glucose syrup, and ammonium sulfate solution continuously. By keeping it for a specific amount of time, fermentation is carried out.


Evaporation: In order to achieve the proper concentration for entry into the drying system, the fermentation mash is evaporated and concentrated using the evaporation system.


Drying: In order to reach the desired final product granularity and wetness, wet lysine is transferred to the drier to evaporate any remaining moisture. The appropriate lysine particles are supplied automatically to the packaging device for final packaging before being delivered to the warehouse.
