DAH Project Introduction

DAH production line uses commercial starch as a raw material. The process follows specific stages and conditions. Inside the process stage, the commercial starch changes the inside and outside structure and changes to the expected product accordingly. Also, DE and DX value is necessary. The process is following. First, the commercial starch goes to the dissolving tank and is dissolved by adding water. Then, through online detection and control, it enters the slurry mixing tank, adjusts the DS, PH value, and enzyme amount of the starch milk, and then enters the automatic liquefaction system. Adopt two times ejection, twice flashing, and maintain the appropriate temp. and a specific time to ensure the best liquefaction effect. After liquefaction, through PH adjustment and enzyme addition, the syrup is sent to the saccharification system. By controlling the amount of enzyme and saccharification time, the DE or DX value required by the final product is reached, and the syrup enters the filtration stage to remove the less protein and other impurities mixed in the product. After filtration, the liquid syrup goes through decoloring, filtering, and a continuous ion exchange system to remove the colored impurities and impurity ions so that the syrup can achieve the purpose of refining and purification. After concentration through the evaporator, the glucose reaches the concentration required for crystallization and enters the crystallization system. According to the crystallization system's cooling curve, the glucose temperature in the crystallizer is automatically adjusted. After maintaining for a specific time, the crystal enters the centrifuge for separation. After separation, the mother liquor is further used by returning to the previous process. the separated glucose is then dissolved by adding water into the vacuum pan of DAH. The dissolved glucose goes to the next stage for evaporation and crystallization. Then the vacuum pan sent it to the crystallizer and separator. A centrifuge is used to separate the top suspended by the centrifuge. Then the isolated anhydrous glucose crystal goes to the drying stage. Drier is used to drying the anhydrous glucose crystal. At last, the qualified DAH product was obtained.
